We are looking for an energetic, disciplined and self-motivated individual to work with one of the fastest growing venture funded startups in Enterprise space ‘Talview’ as Inside Sales executive. The location will be Bangalore.

The ideal person must be energetic, ambitious, creative, performance-driven and one who believes that sky is the limit if they work hard. We offer a great compensation package: Fixed salary, monthly commissions, acceleration bonus, unlimited variable pay, awesome work culture and amazing growth.

The Sales Team is at the heart of Talview, forging into a newly emerging market with skill and a whole lot of strategy. The Sales team is focused on our clients' and prospects’ success with Digital Video Interviewing.

We expect to see :

  • Minimum 1 Year in any form of international sales
  • Willing to work in US Shift
  • Passion for Technology & Sales
  • Interacting with International customers

We would like to see (not mandatory):

  • Experience in B2B selling in the International markets /li>
  • Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing including selling principles and methods in order to promote solutions effectively
  • The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, creative, self-driven and highly analytical
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Maintains a robust monthly sales pipeline
  • Meets and exceeds monthly/ quarterly sales activities and revenue targets
  • Listens carefully and effectively processes complex customer requirements on both a business and technical standpoints
  • Communicate customers’ needs and issues to product management, marketing, and engineering teams
