Our products enable administration of online proctoring of assessments and interviews for enterprises and educational institutions. Talview endeavors to ensure the integrity, security, and privacy of user data end to end. The platform supports integration with many third-party external systems. The process documented relates to the platform and our practices - external systems may follow their own processes. Users and customers are given clear consent mechanisms when the data in the platform is made available to third-party integration. Organizations and institutions using our products are responsible for the data that they collect from users such as candidates, students, guardians of students, recruiters, hiring managers, or test administrators for the data collected on their behalf.
We believe in building trust, transparency, and credibility with users. We are committed to helping customers and users understand adherence to compliance policies and laws. We believe in clear, upfront disclosure of the policies of data gathering, retention, correction, and deletion.

The Office of the CISO is responsible for GDPR readiness of the platform. Our legal counsel reviews the platform privacy policy, terms and conditions, consent, and opt-in clauses to ensure our continued compliance.

Periodic external SOC 2 Type II audit and certification of our controls focusing on Security, Availability, Confidentiality, Processing Integrity, Privacy is conducted, and reports are available to our customers.
