We also proctor tests using webcam. We may capture live images through the web camera enabled tests. This is to prevent you from navigating away from the test window while the exam is ongoing. Also, to prevent impersonation and use of unfair means.

Test Takers:

Please note that test scores reflect a Test Taker's performance at a particular time, and neither your responses nor your score can be changed after the fact. Similarly, certain information you provide in preliminary question forms completed prior to or following a test session are immediately disclosed to the Test Administrator. Upon reasonable request, Talview will provide you an opportunity to access and update your personal information that we have on file. We recommend, however, that you follow up as well with your Test Administrator to update the personal information held on file by that entity. Please check the Test Administrator's privacy policy for details on its information collection and use practices.

Employees:

Talview permits employees to access and update the employee's personal information as permitted by law. Please contact your local Human Resources Representative for details on accessing and updating your personal information.

We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.

Interview Master Services Private Limited has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his/her query to the Induslynk Training Services Private Limited's Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within 30 days.

We will retain personal information we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client.
