At Talview, we believe every person deserves the right to realize their full professional potential. This belief is a driving force behind creating a level-playing field with our Talent Measurement Platform. To support this belief, and our core mission, we strive to create digital tools that are as inclusive and accessible as possible. This includes meeting the needs of people with disabilities. Our engineers and development teams use the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1), a part of our design guide for our entire product portfolio. Our goal is to meet Level AA standards. With this goal in mind, we use industry-leading accessibility verification tools and procedures to determine conformance levels. This can include any or all of the following:
Accessibility training for personnel to ensure conformance levels
Engaging with accessibility experts during the digital product design process
Automated testing tools, manual testing (e.g., keyboard) and inspection, and testing with assistive technologies such as JAWS screen reader, Windows Magnifier, etc.
Continually improving procedures that are in-sync with standards, including World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and informed industry practices
Our ongoing efforts ensure we deliver an inclusive experience across our product portfolio. While we routinely review conformance levels, if at any time you have any specific concern, feedback, or question about accessibility levels, please contact us at email@example.com.
