Unlike any regular tech conference, Instahiring 2020 was a learning and networking event that saw recruiters and TA practitioners come together to reduce hiring lag in their organizations. Here is what the event offered.
The event witnessed a stellar line-up of global speakers, representing some of the largest organizations such as the United Nations, SUN Pharma, Accenture, Cerner, Philips, HGS, and Coca Cola. The event also had a sea of remarkable international speakers like Scott Wintrip, renowned speaker from the US, Daniel Callaghan from Singapore, and Vikrant Bhatnagar from Thailand; who shared their experience at the event.
Instahiring 2020 offered two certification workshops: Instahiring Fast-track Certification for Practitioners, and Instahiring Black-belt Certification for Influencers. These workshops provided in-depth and hands-on experience into critical strategic and implementation factors that impact the success of the recruitment objectives in organizations.
Instahiring 2020 took networking to the next level. Using the event’s mobile and social app, delegates could instantly interact with one another and connect with speakers for quick discussions. The event hosted “Braindates” to help attendees connect with an Instahiring expert. Moreover, the event created a lot of buzz on social media, resulting in #instahiring being the top trending hashtag on Twitter.
